Customer service was outstanding. I ordered the wrong cartridges. I called customer service and was able to speak with a real English-speaking person. I told them what happened, and they immediately took care of it. I returned the blunt cartridges for the pava cartridges, and it was very simple. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.

Well made. Only complaint is there is no test cartridges for the Hero 2020 for the CA Compliant model. Since we cannot get the projectiles, only the blunt force cartridges.

Malfunction. The launcher was fully charged. I joined a gun club to test fire my new Hero 2020. The launcher only fired one (1) shot, not two. I put in two more new cartridges and only one shot fired, not the two. Needless to say I'm not happy. I'd like a new launcher or a refund. How will you help me.

Having to get to the manual On line. There were so many steps to finally get there. Surely one should only have to click on manual once. Even better, include the little 16 pages with the product.

I have had my Hero Duo for about 4 months and have really been impressed. I have practiced with the practice rounds and it is accurate and easy to use. I keep with me when I travel and I feel much more confident at places like the gas station. Thank you Hero! Highly recommend!

Great product, how about making a cartridge with one shot Pava, next shot Blunt force ? If the Pava doesn’t stop them, you have a blunt force shot to hit them with…..

5STAR service because response to my issue was quick and informed which resolved the problem. Now after successful practice shots I'm a happy owner and am ready for a hostile confrontation.
