I scheduled a gel manicure and pedicure with Michelle on August 24th and my nails are still trying to recover. She had no idea what she was doing. She drilled my nail beds until they were damaged, tender to the touch.I still cannot put polish on my nails because my nail beds are still sore and it’s almost a month later. It took her three hours to do the horrible job that she did. I’ve never had such horrible nail service. I will never use them again when I reached out to customer service they provided me a partial refund, but honestly, they should’ve just given me all of my money back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the discomfort and tenderness you experienced following your appointment. This is not the experience we want anyone to have. When you contacted our team, we reviewed the concerns you raised and worked with you to reach a resolution. We also take feedback regarding the quality and care provided during a service seriously, and your experience has been documented and reviewed internally. We understand how disappointing this experience was, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. HereSpa Care Team

I wouldn't trust this company AT ALL. I just received a text to my business number asking if I am available to perform 90 minute mobile Swedish massage tomorrow at 4pm (my non-business day). I'm not mobile, I don't do Swedish massage, and I've never heard of HereSpa before. They opted me in and sent me this message without my consent. No way in hell they could verify the quality of my work or whether it was even safe to send me to someone's home - for me or the client. Obviously, they have someone trying to make a booking and they don't even have a professional to fill that booking, much less someone who has agreed to whatever price they put on the services. I would NEVER trust a company that operates this way.

Amazing! I will book her again! I am disabled and cannot get into my usual nail salon anymore. They came to me. Table, supplies, easy peasy!

Shawnee came and did a mani/pedi for my elderly Aunt who is 93. My Aunt truly enjoyed her, which made me so happy! And she was very pleased with the results, too. I will schedule her again.
