I want to commend Ebony on the service she provided. I’m currently at a skilled nursing facility as I recover from a broken leg. I contacted Herespa as I needed acrylic nails removed and then shaped. I also wanted my toenails cut down and the polish removed. Ebony arrived promptly, I explained what I wanted and she got to work. She did an excellent job and I found her to be very personable. I would highly recommend Ebony!!!

HERESPA….I wish they could’ve received a 0 because it was the worst experience I ever had. I will never have mobile service with this place again. The person came late, I called…They knew about it did nothing for it. Then when they finally arrived not too long after the person had to leave because their heater broke down on them. They left for approximately an hour for a new one, she came back that new heater made it liquid polish dripping…IT DID NOT WORK EITHER! She asked if she can come the following day which I agreed with I have a good heart because I should never have been put in this predicament. It should’ve been done professionally. Now mind you she is working for them HERESPA so whatever she is saying it is under their name HERESPA a customer is not satisfied! You would think that they would send her back to me and fix that particular nail but no, they are money hungry, and are literally telling me oh that was between you and her we had nothing to do with it, but they sure took my money upfront and they will never get another dime out of my pocket again and now I am doing reviews because they couldn’t just come and fix that now it will cost them what they look like compared to many salons I have been to and many other mobile services who do a great job. I just saw them in an ad so I said let me take a risk and try and their horrible! They have ridiculous customer service (when you finally get someone) and it’s all about the money I hardly do reviews, but one thing I do know don’t waste your money because I did. Who spends almost $200 for their thumbnail to turn into clay. I have photographs if needed when she finished it to that night which is less than 24 hours and also the text message that HERESPA has sent me. I can share it because it was my money and I am not asking for it back just better service they feel that I am just another number but it’s a member that they lost as well as many others who prefer quality, not quantity.

I scheduled an appt for my 97-yr-old mother for 1pm today. I was getting multiple texts saying the person is on her way and will be there at 1pm. However, no one ever showed up, the person did not inform HereSpa that she would not be able to make the appointment until almost 1:25pm, and she wanted to reschedule. No one at the central office knew what was going on. They wanted to reschedule and I did not want to endure another experience like this, so I said no, I just wanted a refund. It then took multiple texts for me to get the full refund. I requested a call back from a supervisor and I did receive that, but the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I would never use this service again.

Last minute cancellation from the nail tech. I made the request a week or so ago and she said she was unable to reject the request at the time and unable to contact me until the day of. I'm not sure how their system works but sounds fishy. I'm home with Agoraphobia and have had to mentally prepare for someone to come here so I could finally get my nails done. An hour before the appt I'm told she wasn't working today and can't come. They charged me acct and I better be getting refund.
