I asked for a specific person at this company. He wasn't available so I canceled and asked him on a different day. It done went through the day of they send me a picture of this other guy that I did not want. I called and told her there was a mistake so that we can please reschedule and she said we can't do that you have to pay 50% because you're canceling day of. I tried to advise her that that is not correct I asked for somebody else. She said no you didn't it's too late you can't have your money back. What happened to this 5 day service guarantee they state in their advertisements? I didn't get the service and I certainly didn't get good service. I request my money back and they refuse. Now I'm going to have to go to my bank and try and argue my point with them. Don't use this company they're awful!

We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your appointment. When the provider you originally requested was unable to accept the booking, the appointment was later rescheduled and the provider preference was removed, which allowed our system to match the service with another available provider. We understand that receiving a different provider than the one you expected was disappointing. When you contacted our team on the day of the appointment and chose not to proceed with the newly assigned provider, the applicable same-day cancellation policy was explained. The five-day satisfaction guarantee applies to concerns involving completed services, while cancellations and rescheduling are handled under a separate policy. We understand this was not the experience you expected, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We will use it to continue improving how provider changes and booking expectations are communicated. HereSpa Care Team

HORRIBLE treatment. My husband made an appointment 3 days before, for my bday 10/1. I found out my sibling passed 2 days before my bday then he received a text from HERE SPA at 2am on my bday canceling my Swedish massage. The company gave my husband a $20 refund and rescheduled for 10/4 at 1 pm, that was also the day of the memorial which started at 4pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED and the app said service in progress. Called the company and of course they apologized gave a full refund this time and rescheduled for 10/12 at 1pm…THEY CANCELED AGAIN. They offered me days to reschedule that I already told the company I did not have available then ignored my responses until I told them that I was leaving a review. Not sure what’s going on with this. SCHEDULE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the repeated cancellations and the appointment where no one arrived. We understand the frustration and disappointment this caused, especially after you set aside time on several occasions. Our team followed up with you directly and reached a resolution regarding your booking. We recognize that this does not undo the inconvenience or the disappointment you experienced. This fell short of the reliable, considerate service you should have been able to expect from HereSpa. We sincerely apologize for letting you down. HereSpa Care Team
