Mani/Pedi Service: Toy was Excellent
Toy was excellent! She gave a wonderful mani/pedi experience for my mom's 80th birthday! Her nails looked wonderful and my mom really liked Toy, she has already said she needs to come back! Toy had all her items needed, she was prepared, organized, kind and on time. Highly recommend Toy for nail services!

Tracie was awesome
Tracie was awesome, great stylist and super friendly and kind. My hair had grown way too long after being housebound with a back injury and Tracie gave me an adorable cut, just the right length I wanted, not too short but easy to manage. I especially enjoyed the conversation. I didn't realize how starved for company I had become and she was like a soul sister! I could have chatted with her all day.

Buyers Beaver I booked my appointment…
Buyers Beaver I booked my appointment December 20th and I pay everything up front with $17 tip for manicure and pedicure for seniors. Tina came to my house and before she start doing many petty she asked me for another $20 just because and when she left she left all the clippings behind and the next day I complain to the spa people via email and all they do apologize. I don't know where that guarantee satisfaction guarantee comes from. First, she told me she text the $17 tips refunded to me which she didn't. Then she said she's going to give me a credit for $20 which she did very bad service. I would never go there

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re truly sorry you were left feeling disappointed. This is not the experience we want for anyone. Regarding the additional charge: in some cases, a provider may recommend using an e-file when toenails are growing inward or downward and can’t be safely trimmed with standard tools. When this happens, any added cost should be clearly explained and agreed to before proceeding. We also apologize that clippings were not fully cleaned up after the service. That falls below our standards, and we addressed this internally. Our team connected with you to review what happened and we’re glad we were able to come to a resolution. If you’d like to discuss anything further, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help. HereSpa Care Team
