I was connected by video with a top medical member, Jake Swanson. He patiently listened to my questions, paid careful attention to my new goals and carefully walked me through his recommendations. He was so knowledgeable about Henry’s products and offered me several options. His advice was excellent and exactly the information that I needed. What used to be a great company to deal with as turned into a circus They automatically bill your credit card Then you have to argue for a refund I would highly suggest not wasting your time or money with this company There’s far better managed companies out there for your health needs

I was a client of Henry Meds from March 25-26 and the experience was wonderful. The nurse practitioners are great. I like the fact I can speak with a medical professional when I need to. I do agree with another reviewer that getting through on the phone can be tough, but if you leave a message they will call you back usually within a few hours. I just renewed my subscription (currently shipping) with Henry Meds because it was flawless the last time. I investigated so many other providers for GLP-1, but the hidden fees and membership fees all came to the same price as Henry, so I stuck with them. I highly recommend Henry Meds.

This company has a toxic situation. They want you to have an appointment but then you find out you cant see the providers because they are waiting for new ones to on board. No consistency, overcharged, after a month of no response got a long blanket email with no actual assistance. There are better companies. Do not sign up, cancel immediately!!!!!
