Was great at first… for the last three months I have been chasing the prescription I signed up for that was supposed to cover a two month period. I have called non stop and emailed for two months and the response I got was told that the base was for an amount that is essentially the trial amount and the fact that my body doesn’t work off of the baseline number that it’s essentially my own fault, even though the provider wrote the prescription for the amount that I am trying to get. Total scam don’t do it.

I had a really great experience with my provider on a follow-up telehealth visit in order for me to get my prescription renewed. Jennifer Fix, my provider, listened to me and was kind and friendly. I have enjoyed my experience with HenryMeds to date.

Quick and easy visit, and my medication was refilled right away. Cost is still quite high though, especially considering that the cost of these medications are coming down significantly.

Had an appointment with a provider 7am today and she didn't bother to show up! Wasted my time! This is not the first terrible experience I had with these people

I continue to be VERY disappointed with Henry Meds. They recently switched medical providers and directed clients to choose 1of3 choices. One of the choices was to do nothing and the subscription would not be renewed. I did nothing to renew and yet they charged me almost $300.00 without an appointment or consent. I have tried to contact them and, as usual, I am getting no response!! Not only is this frustrating it is fraudulent.

I hav been using Henry Meds for over a year. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but their customer service responds and corrects issues quickly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRT! I began treatment with them about two months ago, and initially everything was fine, besides my first appointment being canceled last minute by the provider. Although it was annoying, I was able to reschedule within a couple of days. Last month, they sent my three emails saying I would get a follow up email about my labs. Since I never got one, I emailed their customer service TWICE and got no response. Then I called customer service and finally received my lab order. After getting labs, I went online to schedule a follow up with a provider but didn't see any way to do it. So I emailed customer service again and was told there are no appointments for FOUR WEEKS! Which means they won't refill my TRT for over a month. A quick google search and you find this company is a mess. I tried calling customer service and now you can only leave a message. Seems like they're going under to me. What is so infuriating is the lack of any kind of apology or empathy from their reps. In addition, they're taking new customers despite not being able to serve the ones they already have--which from a medical standpoint is incredibly unethical. There are lots of other companies who provide TRT, so make sure you steer clear of this one!

Just a joke of a company - I have to leave Henry Meds for a better provider - I should have left the first time this heppended to me. I am currently 5 weeks without my testosterone. Poor notification of when lab work is needed (especially if you travel for work), won't provide trt without lab work then a consultation with a medical person. It is very hard to get appointments with the medical staff - waited 10 days for an appointment only to have it cancelled and rescheduled 2 weeks later. BUT - I STILL HAVE TO PAY EVERY MONTH!!
