I am a former subscriber to Henry Meds. They have been very responsive and quick to fill prescriptions. I did notice I had some difficulty in getting an appointment with a doctor and was told they are transitioning and adding more doctors.

I have contacted Henry Meds several times with no response. That is the problem! I give permission to Henry Meds representatives to use my name to find my emails and have someone respond to me. At least on this forum someone has responded.

STAY AWAY FROM HENRY MEDS. I was getting my testosterone from them for two years and they were a great company. Always fast and responsive. Then three months ago things changed. They stopped shipping my medicine but continued to charge my credit card 129.00 a month after I cancelled my subscription. This has been happening for three months. I've called about 15 times and left messages, but nobody returns calls. I've wanted to block them from charging my card, but Chase says because it is a subscription I can’t do that, so I have to dispute the charge every month. Chase says I must cancel the card but still can’t guarantee that will work. WTF? I just signed up with another company which is a lot cheaper if I pay a year up front. Which I have. BTW, When I cancelled my 129.00 a month subscription with Henry Meds, I got a pop-up offering for me to continue for 77.00 a month. Great deal, if I could get the product. Google, "What happened to Henry Meds"

I dont know how all these reviews say the staff is polite and responsive it is next to impossible to speak with a real person they have been super late sending me the order so I can schedule my blood work then once I get the blood work done they don't have an appointment to meet with one of their doctors for 2 to 3 weeks so I've paid for 12 months worth of service and at best I've gotten 9 and a half months worth of treatment the rest of the time is me waiting around to speak to a human being because they forgot to send my lab order

I leave messages, I send emails, nothing but the run around. It takes several days to get a resposne to an email and its always a 'blurb' response. No call backs from my voicemails. But as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, they charge my card $149 like clockwork. If only the service was half as reliable as their billing department.

I went through the enrollment processes, and paid $125. After payment, the next screen is the appointment setup for the physician. The next available appointment was 28 days from the date of enrollment. I have spent 2 days trying to call someone, and there is no live person answering, only a voicemail. No one gets back to you. I submitted two support tickets and they will be charging me again in about 26 days, and by that time, I would have already spend two months services without ever talking to someone. It is insane that they are continuing to accept money when they don't have the staff to support the services. Do not enroll with this company! Choose somewhere else!
