It went well for the first 3 months only. After that, no provider was available, I had to reach out several times to get a response. When they finally found a provider, he/she didn't even show up for my appointment. This would never happen in a physicians office. Imagine paying up front, not being able to get a physician, then the physician just doesn't show up and leaves you there alone. Disheartening.

I think they are out of business. I was a client since 2023, but in 2026 I have had serious problems getting my TRT shipped to me, and now they are a full month late, they are not responding to emails, the chat feature is now just an automation... but of course they still are charging me monthly! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP.

Fast, easy consult and timely

I had used Henry Meds before and then switched to something "cheaper" and it did not work as well. When I came back to reactivate my account, they were so nice to help me understand all of my options. Including delaying shipping of my meds as I ended up out of town unexpectedly. I would highly recommend them. Their product works and their customer service is THE BEST!

I get my medication from Henry Meds, a prescription that is required to remain refrigetated, yet they always ship “overnight” on a Friday and my medications arrive on a Monday warm and spoiled requireing a new shipment. This has happened 4 times in a row now and regardless of my requests, they continue to ruin the medication and jeopardize my health.

Customer Service is non-existent AFTER you sign up and pay the fee. The phone number they provide goes directly to a number prompt that is following by the same message on each prompt to leave them a message. Sometime later that day or the next day, they may or may not get back to you. They do not provide a number that provides you direct access to any representative. There are many other great options out there that provide much better customer support at a similar or lower cost.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Henry Meds! They’ve made it so easy and convenient to get back on track with my health and wellness goals. I’ve been using their services for years, since they first launched, and they’ve consistently provided excellent care, an easy process, and outstanding support every step of the way. The providers are knowledgeable, the communication is great, and everything from the consultation to receiving my medication has always been smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a simple, reliable way to prioritize your health and get back in shape, I can’t recommend Henry Meds enough. They’ve truly made staying consistent so much easier, and I’m grateful to have found them!
