One item in my recent order was missing, after reaching out to customer service, I was informed that it was shipped out from an independent shipping facility (item was not a hemper brand). Received a response in a timely manner, I should have the item within. 3-5 business days. Thank you for your speedy response and explanation.

This company is impossible to get a hold of. So basically you're just kind of giving them money and they will provide you products but in their time frame and will provide you no customer service.

Hemper has gotta be the best website to get pieces from for really good prices. Recently I just ordered the March XL Box for $100. When it showed up it was broken, first time out of like 10 orders that one has come broken. The best part though, I contacted them about it and they answered me in just a few hours. It took about a day in an half and now they already have a replacement for the piece on the way and it’s only been a couple days since I opened it to begin with. I know that might seem slow to some but it’s actually pretty dam quick, especially when there is only one customer service rep answering everyone’s questions.
