I love HelloVacay
I love the very concept of automatically providing lounge access when a flight is delayed and the like.

I was delayed in Philadelphia and the…
I was delayed in Philadelphia and the only thing I was given was something that I could go to a spa? I went and the lady was rude and said "I am closing in 10 minutes. It was 6:50pm". This to me was useless. No actual lounges we given access to on the voucher.

We are so sorry for the unpleasant interaction with the staff member. Experiencing a flight delay can be a stressful experience to start with, and this interaction did not make your day any easier. Many airports that I travel do not have this feature. Disappointing

We're sorry to hear that, Cheryl! While we have about 1300 lounge locations worldwide, not every airport has one. We encourage you to enter each flight you have, because the flight's departure airport is what helps determine if we can register the flight. I love the concept and I look forward…
I love the concept and I look forward to using it. I upgraded to the lifetime membership so that I don’t need to upgrade when it’s time to renew. Being a new platform, I understand that there are kinks to work out. Things I would like to see include an app and easier login. It would also be nice to have information on my subscription. Maps or directions to the lounges would also be helpful. Thank you for this service! I have used lounges in the past and they are such a good way to travel.

Very easy to join and set up.
Very easy to join and set up. Have not needed to use but good to know that flights are registered if there is a delay.
