A BIG Hello, to Hello Vacay
What an amazing service! My flight was delayed just over and hour, and boom, we got an amazing lounge offered to us at Chase Sapphire! It was the nicest lounge we ever were in! Thanks Hello Vacay!

I was sent a voucher for one if my trips but dud not see the email, until 2 hrs after. Maybe send an SMS message as well. I would have loved to use the lounge. My flight was delayed from 8:45am to 8:30 pm

I have tried to add flights for 2…
I have tried to add flights for 2 upcoming trips and it won't do it. Says flight not found. I tried 4 different flights and nothing. I have called, voice mail full. I have emailed 2 times and no one to call or help me. Awful Customer Service. App is worthless right now and will consider a refund if someone doesn't contact me soon.

Hi Patsy! Thank you for the very candid feedback. We encountered a capacity error with our voicemail system over the holiday weekend, and it has since been resolved. We hope that the assistance we provided to today was helpful. The IATA airline codes are not always very intuitive, and entering Southwest flights with "WN" code will allow the flights to be found. We strive to learn from the feedback that we receive from our valuable members -- thank you for being a part of VacayDelay.

Scam
The system would not allow me to enter my return flight and I had to sit in the airport in Miami 9 hours and wasn’t allowed to use the lounge.

Hi Mary! VacayDelay provides lounge vouchers during flight delays of at least an hour. Your flight out of Miami was registered yesterday, but no lounge voucher was issued because the flight did not experience a qualifying delay. We are very sorry for the frustration experienced during your layover, and we thank you for being a VacayDelay member.

It works!…
Excellent! Except for a few minor issues (1&2). A variety of drinks were readily available. Minimal food/snacks because I was notified at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. The company’s communication was prompt, they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr. What could you do better: 1. Close later eg 10pm. 2. Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally. Paola at Orlando Club on 9/1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself (non English speaking). She was making fun of him. This was in poor taste.
