One of the best customer service out there. I had a hard time installing it here in France, but they found a solution for me very quickly! Thank you!

Merci beaucoup, Ali! We're so flattered! International plumbing can be a conundrum, but our expert Poorus (poop gurus!) will always have your back. So glad we got your TUSHY rocking in France! Thanks for the love!💩

I was ask if I would update my review. The order was received Christmas eve. I still stand that the order had plenty of time to be delivered in a more timely fashion. Everyone in my family has this product ande we do all love it. Ok order 2 for Christmas gift order placed in plenty of time to receive by Christmas well as you see day before Christmas eve and I am writing this. The order is not even on transit. I did reach out but the company did not contact me in form. So I would say beware I am going to assume I will receive this order but looks like it will be for next christmas! There are other companies offering this product and I would defiantly buy from them. Please hear me Buy From Another Company!

So sorry to have made you so anxious on the eve of the big holiday, Sharon! It looks like your order made it in the nick of time and was delivered on the afternoon of Christmas Eve and hopefully you or your loved ones have been enjoying booty bliss ever since. Though beyond our control we regret the logistical nightmare that so many of our customers had to endure during the Shipageddon apocalypse of the 2020 holiday season, which experienced a historically unprecedented amount of packages for carriers to deliver. If you still have any questions or concerns about TUSHY or how to best enjoy bidet life, please do rely on us. We've got your back!🍑

I had such a frustrating experience with their customer service, to a point that I was sure the company is a fraud. They set it right in the end, but remains the fact that I wasted so much time, having to write multiple emails about a simple issue with my order, and getting ridiculously inadequate answers.

We're so bummed to hear you had such a crappy go with us, Isa! So sorry we let you down, but rest assured we have your back, and though time has passed if you still need help, or this issue was never resolved, please do let us know so we can make it right. As a small company sometimes things do go amiss, but we pride ourselves on great customer service, so we hope you'll give us a second chance. Thank you!
