The seat itself feels flimsy and cheap. It flexed when I sat on it and I am only 200 pounds. They don't include a rubber washer to fit your existing line onto their new fitting, so have a towel handy to clean up. They don't accept returns except on unopened seats, but even then, they will only do store credit. This product was a complete waste and now I'm stuck with a cheap, overpriced, flimsy toilet seat that isn't worth the box it was shipped in.

My credit card was charged as soon as I ordered my Tushy but 10 days later they still can’t tell me when my Classic Bidet 4.0 will ship. I had the most unhelpful response from customer service saying that I’ll be able to track it once it ships (I’m well aware of that). They’re not responding to my request that since it’s clearly out of stock that I would like to cancel my order. Edit on September 12: Following from the review above (and the very condescending response from Tushy implying I didn’t understand about international shipping timelines), I have had a few email interactions with the company. Firstly, after I posted the initial review, I did get a personal response from Tushy in which they still insisted that it had been shipped a week earlier but did offer to cancel the order. Later that same day, I finally received a shipping notice saying the package “had left the building”. This was on September 9 - a full week after the response from Tushy said it was shipped. The shipping company shows that they received the package at the port of origin on September 10 (but they did get the shipping details on September 2). What appears to have happened is that the order was fulfilled by one part of the organization on September 2 but somehow never actually shipped until a week later. And the part of the organization that fulfilled the order wrote the response.

This is my second OASIS always as satisfied and easy to install I even had a small minor problem that customer service solved easily and quickly I highly recommend this company and the Oasis product

I just wanted to compliment the authors/designers of the TUSHY bidet attachment instruction manual. I have almost zero experience assembling or installing anything plumbing-related, yet I was able to attach it to my toilet seat and water line with no problems and — most importantly — no leaks. The instructions were genuinely clear, well organized, and easy to follow for a complete beginner. And as an added bonus, the manual was laugh-out-loud funny if you appreciate a little scatological humor worthy of a teenage boy. It made what I expected to be a frustrating project surprisingly entertaining. Well done.

I am writing this to warn others about TUSHY’s circular logic and lack of accountability. My original order was never delivered to my address, despite being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Instead of a refund, the company forced a replacement shipment on me even after I explicitly told them I no longer needed it and had already bought a unit elsewhere to avoid more shipping issues.  Their support team told me my "only option" was to wait for this unwanted replacement to arrive and then "go through the return process". Now that I am doing exactly what they instructed, they are refusing a full refund and forcing me to pay a "restocking fee".  The most frustrating part is that they are framing the replacement shipment as an "exception" and a favor, despite the fact that I never received the first one and explicitly asked them not to send the second. It is absurd to charge a customer for "resources and handling" on a package that only exists because the company ignored a cancellation request. Avoid this company if you want honest service. They will make you pay for their own logistics errors and hide behind "policies" to keep your money.
