Installing the tushy classic bidet was a breeze and it has honestly changed my life. I use way less toilet paper now

Merlin, "changed my life" is exactly what we're here for.💦🍑 So glad the install was painless and your TP usage is taking a well-deserved hit. Welcome to the clean side — we're thrilled to have you!

I am a 75 year old woman. If I can install a Tushy, anyone can. The videos helped the most, although I easily installed the second one with the written directions only. The only snag was not getting the connections tight enough, because the directions warned not to overtighten. I solved the problem by making sure to align the connections precisely parallel to each other during the tightening and making sure the connection was tight! I was rewarded with a bidet that has worked really well. It does all a bidet is hyped to do!

Proof that it's never too late to change habits! Thanks for sharing, Donna! Pleased to hear that you were able to install easily too! Plumbing can be sensitive if you wrench on it, so we always recommend "finger tight is right", but that being said it's also important to check for leaks and find the right fit for your connections. Happy to hear you came up with the perfect system to ensure you're leak-free and enjoy nothing but booty bliss! 😁

Tushy 3.0 is a great product. That said: • The list price and discount coupons change daily. Getting a second one at the same price as the first one required customer support escalation, and the purchase dates were only two weeks apart. I liked the product enough to want a second one, but ended up a really annoyed customer. • If you have high water pressure, there is a secret solution part (not mentioned in the instructions) for which you pay extra. You must specifically ask support to get this info. • Easy to install IF none of your connections or toilet seat bolts are rusted due to age AND if the supply valve shutoff still works (it may not due to age). I had to use a Sawzall to remove the rusted fill connection (and replace it) and turn off the water in the basement since the supply valve was old and leaky on one of two toilets. Luckily I'm good at this. Make sure you know how to shut off the house water AND have a backup plan in case something breaks. • Customer Support's native language is not English, so the answers might be a bit confusing. • The potty-mouth humor wears REALLY thin after the 2nd email.

Just received my $400 electric ACE seat. it was clearly used, filthy and leaking water from inside the box. trying to get ahold of support to return and get my money back to go with a different brand. absolutely disgusted to spend that amount of money to get a USED product. UPDATE: they have reviewed and corrected the error promptly.

Hi Corey! So sorry to hear about this unfortunate mistake! Our policy is that we do not sell used bidets. This must have been an error at the shipping facility, and we're very sorry for that! We would love to make this right for you if you'll let us, so please reach out to [email protected] and we can make sure to sort this out for you. Once again, sorry about the mix up, and rest assured that this is not the type of experience we ever intend for our customers. Warmly, TUSHY Team

We love our new bidet! This has been a great addition to the house and I'm happy to recommend this to friends and family. The tushy/poo jokes are a little over-the-top (we get it, we're buying a product to wash poop off our butts), but the product is good. It was easy to install, the instructions were clear. My only real feedback is about the regular version vs the spa version. I wouldn't recommend the spa version to anyone, as there's only very small chance of any warm water reaching your bumbum. Unless you have instant hot water that goes directly to your toilet, or some magical creature under the sink - I have no idea how to warm the water up. I could let the sink run for a while before I use the toilet, or I could wait till after a hot shower, or just let cold water hit my ass for 5 minutes...otherwise I'm drawing a blank. Otherwise? Happy!

Glad to hear you're enjoying booty bliss! There is a TUSHY trick for the problem you are describing regarding a lag in time for the hot water to reach your bum. TUSHY has a setting called "nozzle wash" which simply washes the outside of the nozzle with water. That water then flows into the bowl. You can also use this setting to flush out the cool water in the water line in preparation for the bum washing. Simply activate the nozzle wash setting by turning the knob a little bit until you hear water running straight down into the toilet while you're doing the deed. The cool water will stream out of the pipes in order to access that warm water for the bum washing. Then you can just turn the knob further to activate bum wash when you're ready! 😊 Hope this trick helps! Enjoy!
