Great scent and really works! The bottle looks sleek and the spray covers well. I just wish the fragrance lasted a bit longer, but still totally worth it.

The adjustment mechanism for fore and…
The adjustment mechanism for fore and aft does not work very well. Basically, it sprays too far forward and cannot be adjusted in the rearward direction far enought. It needs a slightly greater range of motion. I had to take the whole thing apart and do some re-engineering to make the spray nozzle more accurate.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Garry! And love to see that you've got multiple TUSHYs at home! You can try scooching the Classic foreward or backwards on the bowl by loosening the attachment bolts until it squirts you more on the bullseye, but sounds like you might have already done this.
You're right that the range of motion on the nozzle adjuster isn't as ample as on our higher end bidet, TUSHY Ace, that offers a full range of motion via remote. However if you lean forward while sitting you'll find that it will better wash all your parts by simply moving your body backwards and forwards. Similar to a showerhead that swivels some, you also need to rely a little on your own body movements to get a full wash, and that's also the case with these basic bidet models. Our newest bidet seats, Wave and Oasis also have separate nozzles for front and rear wash, in case you wanted to trade up!

Super slow Customer Service response
No Customer Service response. I bought the Ace. All the plumbing installation went smoothly except actually attaching it to the toilet. Their replacement bolts don't quite go in. It's been a WEEK, and only an automated "we're experiencing high email volumes" response. I had to cut mu toilet seat bolts to get it off (I thought they'd get back to me so just went ahead with the install). Now im sitting on a seat-less toilet waiting...
EDIT They finally got back to me. They sent me to the hardware store for new bolts and offered to pay. Got it installed and it works great.

Day 2 after installation I have learned…
Day 2 after installation I have learned a valuable lesson. First off, the product seems to work well and was easy to install. But if you have small children always inspect bathroom after they use. Family left for work and school not realizing 5yr old left the tushy on. The amount of water pouring through the floor when we got home was sickening im afraid to check how much damage may have been done. Anyways not tushy falt, just my own. Any easy fix would be if tushy installed a spring loaded dial that auto turned off when product was not in use. Just a suggestion. Ugh. Life.

Sorry to hear about this! For customers worried about this type of situation, we do have a child-proofing kit which can help prevent this type of thing from happening. Not much help after the fact, I know, but hopefully it doesn't happen again!

I bought two in order to get a discount and when I saw the total on my credit card, I have to admit I wondered why I thought it was a good deal. Kinda pricey for a hose and fitting I can get at Lowe's for a few bucks, plus some plastic and a nozzle and knob.
I already own one bidet that's incorporated into the seat and it was a bit difficult to install and after about 6 months, the little sprayer stick quit retracting and has to be manually pushed in after use. Yuck. So, when the Tushy ad popped up on FB, I thought sure, I'll replace the darn thing.
I just installed them today, so I can't comment on the durability, but otherwise these are my thoughts in PRO/CON format:
PROS:
* Easy to install and the manual -- in spite of its annoying constant attempts to sound humorously casual -- is easy to follow
* Doesn't leak so far
* Does what it says it's going to do
* Hey, at least it arrived... I was worried it might be an outright scam like some other FB ads I've ordered from, especially when it took over 2 weeks to arrive
CONS:
* Shipped DHL which took a couple of weeks. Thus my concern as to whether or not it was even legit, but it is. Just slow.
* Prevents my toilet seat from sitting "flush" (no pun intended) with the ceramic bowl anymore. It's a minor annoyance that I may not notice when I'm sitting on it, but I'm anal retentive as hell (again, no pun intended) so things like that bug me to no end
* It's a bit overpriced for the quality of the item -- which isn't BAD, there just isn't much to it
* This is minor, but the company's incessant attempts at humor to make bidets seem fun and less awkward -- mostly involving saying "butt" and "poop" as much as possible in their ads, packaging, manual, emails, etc. -- wore on me pretty quickly
Tl;dr? If you want a bidet-type solution, maybe shop around a bit, but ultimately Tushy is a viably option. It's a legit company and the product is OK if a bit overpriced IMHO, and it took 16 days to arrive from the date I placed my order.

Glad to hear you're a bidet believer like us! Please do reach out to us about that toilet seat issue if you haven't already. It's a relatively rare occurrence, but we have plenty of free and easy solutions for the vast majority of issues you might run into, including this one!
Sorry to hear about that long wait time, it's not our ideal amount of time to wait, but occasionally things like that do happen. Most customers within the United States receive their orders within about a week, though sometimes delays do occur (and we're always working to prevent that).

So after my negative review, all of a sudden I got the support I requested and they fixed the issue.
I've now used the product for a few days. Installation was easy. And it works as advertised!
Knocking off a star for having had to leave a negative review to get any kind of support...
Removing another star because, while it works, the product could be made more solidly. The plastic feels.. a bit too thin. I feel like I could easily snap this thing in half with minimal effort...

We're certainly not a scam, and once you install your bidet you'll realize you won't be able to live without it! Since you are based in Canada and the bidet you ordered is shipping from the US it will take a little bit longer to cross the border. One of our helpful Poo-Rus has already answered the email you sent yesterday with more details about when to expect your package, but looks like it will arrive in the next week or so. Once you get it certainly rely on our team for any installation or usage questions you may have!
