unable to resolve a problem within 2 month. after urging several times, found out that my cooling system isn't covered by the insurance - BUT nevertheless, the premium included the coverage for A/C. very disappointing !

If I could give a zero I would. All service is out of network. If they could not service my address they should not have sold the policy. Now, I am stuck with a company that is non responsive and does not get services completed.

I had my new Sensi product installed with Super to foresee any issues that may arise with my HVAC system. I was please with the servicer they sent out as well as all the A/C and heating updates I’ve been getting directly to my phone. Way to be leading the way in HVAC tech, Super! Customer service was great and it was so simple to get it done. My whole experience was amazing. :)

I recently had to get a major service covered. The service team was so helpful, quick and had great follow through.

I’m so happy my agent helped me set up a plan with Super. I’ve used other warranty services in the past and had such horrible experiences. Super has been good so far!!!

Terrible experience with this company and would recommend avoiding them. We received a Super Home warranty from the seller as part of a home purchase in 2021. The technician they sent did not diagnose my problem. Hello Super did nothing to correct he issue and my family was left without heat and hot water in Chicago in December. All Hello Super told me was that they were sorry and they did not have many service providers in Chicago. They seem happy to sell a policy but not provide service when you need it. End result, I had to find a technician on my own and pay for an emergency service, this after waiting 4 days for the Hello Super technician to come and tell me I had no problem. Terrible service and I would recommend avoiding this company.

If you live in the DMV, AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ignore the good reviews. We were left for several weeks without any functioning AC. They slowed things down by trying to blame it on the thermostat, so they wouldn’t have to pay for the repairs that actually would’ve fixed the issue. Then once we got to the actual issues, they took several days to approve and schedule the repairs. They hung up on us *repeatedly* when we called for updates after service was slow to be scheduled. All while attempting to nickle and dime us. One representative slipped up and admitted that they have limits/caps on how much they can actually help customers- what?! Now, the temperatures are dropping and our heat isn’t working. Over a week after contacting Super (including several days of below freezing weather), a technician finally came today…to diagnose the problem. Apparently, several components need to be replaced and should’ve been replaced months ago in the previous repair. Now we wait for Super to inevitably tell us (in another 1-2 weeks) that they won’t cover the repairs. We rushed and chose this company and sincerely regret it. Upon further research, we should’ve gone with the largest company, or literally anyone else.
