Jason was prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the information to make the repair, emailed me the estimate, waited for me to pay half, and told me he would order the part, and left. He was pleasant and completed everything for this call. I recommend this company.

One of the worst home warranty companies I have had. They leave band-aids on repairs. The same issue has broken 3 times now and every time they come back, it's not done well. I had a large leak and they said they would get back to me in 1-2 days. Per their definition of an emergency "something that leaves the home uninhabitable". They sent a plumber and he write a quote and did no repair and said it takes 1-2 days but that there was no active leak (when I had videos to show it did) and then said the water was fine to use. I used it once and it started leaking again. Super then told me, we will get back to you in a few hours. Unacceptable that I have a home actively leaking and they will get back to me in "hours". Not being able to use your own companies is a hindrance and why this company is not worth paying for. If you need smaller items done, sure. 1-3 business days is fine, but I am appalled at their lack of urgency when I have multiple leaks and receive wrong information from the companies they send. Don't use this company.
