An excellent service visit. Andrei was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. I actually learned a lot in the process and have a better appreciation for the repair of “aging” appliances and that doing a repair is similar to making an investment in the longevity of the product t.

On time. Not sure what the problem is. The cost to fix the issue was around $900, so I'm going to buy a new washer. That was a lot to pay to fix a used washer. Thank you for coming out!
