James R. was an excellent appliance repair technician. He was knowledgeable, skilled, fast, courteous, and caring. Not only did he move effectively and kindly through the entire process, but he spent time to help us learn to manage our appliances better. Above and beyond! Excellent work!

The technician was good, but the overall service seems expensive. I would rather call an individual rather than use a service like this.

Artem was willing to come late same day, professional, figured out the problem with my washer quickly, offered ideas for fixing or replacement! Wonderful service! Thank you!
