Previous technician told us something was broken in our refrigerator filter assembly and would need replacement the next time we needed to change the filter. Appreciated the honesty of this technician who explained replacement of filter assembly was not necessary and nothing was broken. Also made sure we knew how to correctly install the (somewhat tricky) replacement filter. He was also punctual and polite.
