Excellent service and fast service.

If I could rate them lower I would. We had our ice-maker stop working August 26, 2025. It was finally replaced and working on November 14, 2025. It was nothing but a headache. It stopped working in March 2026, the same parts they replaced are bad again. THEY WILL NOT RE-ORDER THE PARTS THAT ARE COVERED BY WARRANTY. The company that supplied they parts will only work with the warranty company. Understand we are not asking them to provide service, simply to get the parts replaced that would cost them no money! And to add to frustartion I am unable to talk to anyone other than a customer service rep. Apparently they have no managers or supervisors working. Well, at least that is what I have been told. STAY AWAY!!!

Professional work

Emin was timely and professional. Found the issue with my washer almost instantly and was able to talk me through my options and got the washer working again. He’s very kind and professional and takes pride in his work. Very appreciative of his service today!

Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me what was wrong with my machine and shared some tips for preventive maintenance down the road.

Excellent Customer Service

Ryan was very competent and skilled the work was done quickly and efficiently, and he was extremely courteous.

Once again, Puls has provided me with a great technician in Roy, who arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for servicing your appliances!
