BonsaiReviews of hellobonsai.com

I've been using Bonsai for the past year or so after trying multiple alternatives, like Honeybook and Dubsado. Bonsai certainly suits my needs the best: I mainly just need to send contracts and invoices to clients without the bells and whistles. The other options I tried were so complex. I felt I needed to take a course just to use them properly. Bonsai was such a wonderful change of pace. The design feels clean and my plan has everything I need and nothing I don't, which makes using it stress-free.

Bonsai has helped me become a more confident and better businesswoman. I now have time to do graphic design instead of messing with invoices, managing money, and even making proposals.

Bonsai has almost everything I need to manage my freelance business! Probably the most complete solution out there. Missing a few features IMO, but I’m pretty sure they’ll come soon.

This site has been perfect for my interior design business!

Got Bonsai to have my client details, time tracking, proposals, and contracts all in one place – I'm not completely sure how I managed before! I tried all the freelance management tools before finally landing on Bonsai. Ultimately, the deciding factor for me was the time tracking and the fact you can easily switch between currencies (important for digital nomads or freelancers with lots of international clients). Also find the interface simple and nice to use. It's been a super worthwhile investment in my workflow, and I have a sense there's still so much more I can do.

As a first-time business owner, the Bonsai platform has been an incredible, one-stop-shop support for me as I navigate this often challenging world. By providing quick and easy support for invoicing, accounting, project management, time tracking and client relationship management, all in one handy platform, I can worry less about the administrative aspects of my business and more on the work that I love. Thank you Bonsai!

I am so inlove with this app, it made my life easier. From managing my invoice to collecting payments from clients, it's so easy that I can sit back, relax and get paid! Plus, the price is sooo worth it.

Bonsai has been very helpful in streamlining my invoicing process for my freelance design jobs. I have all my client information stored so it’s super easy to create a new project, track my hours, and track when I’ve been paid. I didn’t love the tax feature, as it wasn’t as user friendly.
