I've used Bonsai for my freelance design business for a year and it's been an essential part of my day-to-day work, from onboarding new clients, to generating professional proposals, contracts, invoices and billing options, it's been great. I consider Bonsai a business partner at this point! I also use Bonsai Tax to automatically calculate all taxes I will owe and what I need to pre-pay. This gives me peace of mind knowing I'm setting it aside ahead of time and won't get any surprises come tax season. Bonsai also helps track expenses, calculate tax write-off amounts, and send automatic reminders for outstanding invoice payments to clients so I don't have to chase them. I would recommend Bonsai to any freelancer who finds themselves doing a lot of admin, billing & bookkeeping work on top of their actual services and wants to get that time back.

I am an Online Business Manager / entrepreneur based in the Philippines and so far this works very well with my preferences. They have Philippine currency settings which some of the invoicing/CRM apps I researched doesn't have. For me, it's user-friendly given my current needs for my business which is very basic for now (invoicing and contracts). It's well-suited for Filipino freelancers. I look forward to more of their updates in this software.
