Lovely food would defo recommend

I mistakenly subscribed to a service in May 2026 that I never ended up using. I only discovered recently that the subscription was still active. When I contacted Bonsai, they were very understanding and offered a generous compensation. I really appreciate how they handled the situation, and it confirmed to me that Bonsai is a trustworthy and customer-focused company.

I have been using HelloBonsai for a few years now and for me the best platform out there. And also the best customer service team. Very fast on replies, super helpful on everything and very proactive team to create and improve their platform and workflows base on real clients needs and experiences with their platform. 5 out of 5 on everything so far.

I had an issue my account, I sent an email to management and a soon after I received a response from apologizing for the mishap, and I appreciate the consideration they shown me.

Easy, responses were quick and helpful. I feel comfortable getting my questions answered anytime :)

Amazing customer service and food came out extremely quickly and was amazing. Nic took our orders and was very nice. Loved the prawn tempura and the chicken karage.

Bonsai customer service via email is second to none imho, in every interaction I have had with any agent, replies have not only been swift to my queries or issues, but the remedies suggested or applied have been equally as on point, quickly offered or carried out, confirmed and followed up and totally effective. Can't praise my experiences with them enough. So frequently we are totally frustrated and disappointed by other companies' so-called customer service; they are slow or inadequate or completely absent altogether! Bonsai's in comparison is such a wonderful breath of fresh air.😊
