I've been using Bonsai for the better part of a year now. I was looking for a solution that helped make the onboarding experience for clients simpler and Bonsai has been a big help. Sending and managing proposals and contracts makes dealing with admin much less of a headache. It's also great for sending forms and managing invoices. As far as an all-in-one solution, I'd highly recommend Bonsai to fellow freelancers.

I use bonsai for almost everything related to my client work. It helps me send contracts, invoices. I can’t imagine my business without hello bonsai. It’s just so much better than any other crm’s in the market. I am even planning to upgrade my subscription.

I was scraping by with clunky free invoicing alternatives for a while before switching to Bonsai, and I totally regret waiting so long — The integration and automation of so many frustrating tasks have made my life so much easier. I'm a freelance designer and I hate all of the behind the scenes busywork, so having an intuitive platform to help with every aspect of that has been such a game changer. Would absolutely recommend Bonsai.

Love Bonsai for my business. Before I had multiple platforms that weren’t even functional for my business and bonsai eliminates that problem by offering all of the tools I need for my business in ONE place. My favorite feature is definitely the invoice - which keeps my clients scheduled to pay us on time. Thanks Bonsai!

There are things I really like about Bonsai but one thing that makes me consider dropping them often. They do not keep time of day in the time tracker. For example they should show I clocked in at 8:00am and clocked out at 10:30am when I had some errands to run. It’s good to have some type of time reference shown to help you figure when you forgot to clock in or out. They notify you if it seems you forgot to clock out but hours later and that only tells me I will have to guess when I clocked in and when I stopped working and forgot. No difference than showing up Monday with a weekend of hours going. I plan to give them till the end of year and if they don’t have this figured out I’m shopping for another service that has this feature.

Since I started using Bonsai for my invoices and contracts my life is so much easier! You can track all your transactions and they even notify you when someone has seen your invoice or when it’s paid! Would 100% recommend! :)

I have been using Bonsai for about 6+ months now for my freelance graphic design business. I LOVE it. It's super convenient for contracts, invoices (+recurring invoices) and tracking billable time. It's just all around perfect for freelancers.

I absolutely LOVE Bonsai. It does EVERYTHING, from time tracking, to proposals and contracts, and even quarterly tax reminders! So cool. It makes the backend of my freelance work so simple. Highly recommend!
