I have used a few apps like Hello Bonsai but none have stacked up as a small business owner. Between the cost and the features it can't be beat. The customer service is outstanding as well if you ever have a question you can't find an answer to. I would 100% recommend Hello Bonsai!

I'm very happy with Bonsai CRM. As an interior designer working remotely, Bonsai had made my life so much easier. I have used other CRM in the past and had tested all the CRM platforms in the market and by far Bonsai is the best out there.

Bonsai is easy to use and they are constantly making updates to improve their platform. I've been using them for a couple of years for my business and it's always worked smoothly for me.

Bonsai is just a must-have for any business in my opinion! I don't think I could run my business without it! From sending proposals and getting my clients to easily sign our contract, to sending the invoices on time, Bonsai is the best tool for project and business management! Their templates have honestly saved me so much time and helped me when I didn't have a clue about what do to and how. Couldn't recommend it enough for any freelancers and business owner!

Bonsai is ALMOST perfect. Don't get me wrong, it has plenty of great features that help solve a lot of my business' needs. The one major thing it lacks, is the ability to directly deposit checks to my cash account, which means I have to use a sperate business banking service just for that one feature. I'd also love the ability to send money to an external bank account directly from one of my envelopes. It's not exactly as crucial as the ability to directly deposit checks, but in my opinion that's the type of cherry-on-top feature that would get this a 5-star rating.

After relaunching my business and looking into reopening a QuickBooks account I found that they were NO LONGER interested in customer service and reasonable pricing! So I researched similar software and I came across "Hello Bonsai", signed up, and WOW! Everything I needed for a freelance business! Great pricing with lots of options!!!! I especially like that you can create timesheets and legal contracts!!! There are tutorial videos on "Youtube" that will help get you on your way!!!! Try it, you'll love it!

I have been using Hello Bonsai for 4 years now. Just love it. It's fast and easy, and I can track time as well as the invoice and do my contracts all in one place. I know other places do this, but as a Creative Director/Producer contract worker, it's been very helpful.
