They took my case very personal which I appreciate I have nothing to say bad about the people who work here. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the very long response times to conversations pertaining to my questions.

I saw an ad on Facebook for asthma treatment with a $75 consultation fee. I paid the fee, was prescribed a daily Rx and an inhaler. They then proceeded to charge me $540 for the two prescriptions, which I have since learned are covered at $10/each at Walgreens/CVS/everywhere. Then, I emailed to cancel the next month, they confirmed the cancelation, charged me $540 AGAIN, and then proceeded to mail me the Rx anyway. Never have I received any invoice, receipt, or notice of the cost of the medication. I was never advised what the cost might be, or given the chance to make a decision. Worst case scenario, I would be out the $75 consulting fee. Instead, I’m out over $1,100. Their 1-800 number is an answering machine that hangs up on you. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the state department, and my credit card. I cannot imagine how many older people are being scammed by this Telehealth service under the guise of accessible healthcare in this trying and difficult time. Shame on Alpha Medical!
