I was really nervous to put my card information in but I read the reviews and just did it. Less than an hour later my much needed prescription is waiting for me at my local pharmacy!! I get Bacterial infections twice a year and it's so expensive to go to the Dr. This saved me 24 hours of discomfort and $52 and the trip to my preferred urgent care place. I am so grateful for this and thank you so much Alpha Medical!!

Fast service!

Everything was quick and painless, and I was able to get two important medications I needed that I had been putting off going to the Dr. for, and would have still put off for several more months.

When I first signed up with alpha the service was great. I got 2 RX shipments no problem. But my last shipment a refill was “lost in the mail” but I’m not sure it was sent at all. You see alpha sends you an email when your Rx has shipped. Then they send you another email with a track of number. My email that was supposed to contain a link to my tracking information didn’t work. I never got my tracking number until I contacted alpha Support because I got an email saying my shipment was delivered, which it was not! I used the tracking number and it said the same thing delivered. Alpha doesn’t refund after the RX has left the pharmacy so I’m out $50 and won’t have my RX for 2 months. USPS will not search and return any lost medications so there’s no fixing this. Honestly I think it’s a scam.
