kept asking for new banking information when the information was correct and had already withdrew my money... then didn't send until over a month later and still never got the birth control only got the generic plan b

Alpha medical made the entire process effortless and easy. They reach out to you through messages and ask a few questions to better suit your needs, after the questions they let me know what prescriptions they recommend. If a prescription is over $20 they reach out to you to verify the price, they don’t just charge your account. After verifying I received my Asthma medication in the mail in about 3-4 days. I definitely recommend as it beats going to the doctor and waiting for hours.

Usually great! However after I renewed my mental health plan, they seemingly forgot to continue filling my prescription. Went through a week of withdrawals, logged in, and retook the questionnaire that I had just taken the month prior. There were no notifications, messages, or any prompt to do anything to avoid something like this.
