I have got and answered on the ointment medication that received empty. No update on replacement or refund

I love Alpha medical for how easy it is to change prescriptions for birth control and I love being able to asynchronously communicate with my doctor. It takes away the awkwardness of an in-person visit to the doctor, and being able to pick up my birth control from my mailbox instead of a pharmacy is great. Alpha has also sent me nice, good quality extras in my packages like masks, and small mirrors. The bad thing I have to say about Alpha medical is that the doctor did not inform and prepare me well enough for my depoProvera shots. I read all the information they messaged me and all the instructions and warnings in the prescription pamphlet, but it didn’t inform me to rotate injection sites. As a regular consumer and not a nurse or physician myself, there is no reason for Alpha to assume I knew everything to do without being told. Because of this, I have a noticeable dent in my thigh from atrophy/scarring of my shot. I really wish someone had told me what to do, because this deformity could have been easily prevented.

Alpha Medical has really been a life saver for me. Severe anxiety and Covid have kept me from going in to a clinic so having the ability to talk to a doctor online and be diagnosed and prescribed medications that arrive straight to my door has been incredible. Thank you Alpha Medical!!

I just was not happy about not getting my prescriptions when I really needed to treat this fungus on my foots. I emailed him about get another prescription and I sent it to another pharmacy as requested. The other pharmacy still have not contact me to get treatment on my foots

Didn’t like it. Tried it in the morning and never got a response. It’s says “up to” 24 Hours but you’d think that means less. It’s been 20 hours and nothing. Don’t have job and just wasted $30 on this!

It was so easy. I received my medicine within days!
