I found the Alma app easy to navigate
I found the Alma app easy to navigate, especially when it came to finding an in-network therapist. I also appreciated being able to schedule a free 15-minute consultation before committing to ongoing sessions. My biggest drawback was the number of therapist recommendations and unsolicited scheduling attempts I received. Several therapists scheduled free calls or sessions without me expressing interest, which felt overwhelming and made the process less streamlined. I also found that the link for scheduled sessions doesn’t always arrive on time. That said, my experience with my therapist has been **10/10**. Pamela is well-versed in her areas of practice, faith-based, and leads with genuine empathy. Four sessions in, I already appreciate the depth we’re reaching and the perspective and presence she brings to the space. Finding the right therapist makes a huge difference, and Alma made that connection possible for me. So far, billing has been a breeze; they have my card and bill the $15 after the session. So far, no issues that have caused me to speak with customer service so I can't speak to that.
