Easy to navigate through the site. At times had to double-check that I was getting the same information and list of providers when visiting the site. (At times would not show previously listed providers). Highly recommend having your healthcare advocate assist you with finding qualified professional to assist in your personal needs. Only negative thing is that I still have not seen or heard anything from Alma regarding billing - which is scary don't want to be blindsided with a outrageous bill.

First session was great. Expecting to see and experience more productive and sufficient services in the near future.

I am not sure what Alma's process is for keeping their provider information up to date, but there is nothing worse than doing hours' worth of research only to decide on a provider, schedule an appointment, and be met with the reality that the provider, in fact, does not take your insurance. Even though the insurance is listed in the provider profile. Honestly, it is easier to just go through one's insurance directly. A beautiful app interface that can't deliver on the actual service is just another hurdle to adequate healthcare.

I cannot get ahold of a customer service representative no matter what I try. They are trying to charge me $199 for an appointment, even though I have Medicare and another insurance plan. I just need to add my Medicare information, but no one will answer or call me back. Very frustrated with this service. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I am so very happy with my Therapist Gabrielle Bovarnick. If someone asked me to rate her on a scale of one to ten with 10 being the best, I would have to give her a 50 + Very pleased. I have been seeing her for 3 weeks and will continue to meet with her.

After my first visit with my new therapist, I am very pleased with the match that Alma was able to provide for me!
