Dishonnest and horrible support
When Helium10 started, they promised the early adopters the premium program for 97$/month and they grandfather us in under the premise of supporting them from the early humble beginnings. The last year they said, sorry you got to pay double the amount to keep the same package and didn't care about the agreement we had with them. They spit on those empty promises although I forwarded them the email confirming our special agreement. To me, this is a total lack of integrity and the dishonesty is shocking. Not only did they modified there plans they ask more money for follow-up usage. Currently their support is completely useless and doesn't care much about your business. I recommend strongly to use other tools out there that are far better than Helium10. Greed got a hold of them....it is no longer what it used to be....stay away at all cost!

Great tools and potential... for a ridiculous price
Great tools and potential, only if you pay $99 a month, because with the basic plan $39 monthly, the tools are useless. There's nothing you can achieve with the $39 plan, and they only tell u after u already paid.

The Tools are very limited
i believe when i see that i have access to such a tool on the pricing page it means i have access but with them they put limits you can know only after you pay, tried talking with them many times with no results espicially the extention it is not written anywhere that you can use it only couple of times per day then it doesn't show the results anymore

Really cheap software but needs more…
Really cheap software but needs more focus. Another software called Datadive is using their data but excellent software with insights. I think they are great in Marketing but can develop the keyword tools more.

Problem still not resolved
Problem still not resolved, and we have wasted good 2 hours on the subject. Unnecessary steps were asked to be taken when the problem is at Helium10 side.

Expensive and less features and not accurate results
I try to do many research on finding product in buy box and at the end i end up finding inaccurate results of that specific product. Very Expensive, Less Features and inaccurate results. and also every knowledge video they provide they need money to share with us. or in simple showing there stuff and asking us to buy there plans which are pretty much expensive. Waste of time and money.

I've been using Helium10 for over a year so far.
I've been using Helium10 for over a year already and overall it's awesome. A bit expensive as for me and could set higher limits for searches for this price. But I like the tool and the data extracted. Good job guys!
