30-day-money-back-guarantee is a scam
I signed up for the $97-package to check out the features. The software is very good for amazon sellers, packed with many features. Immediately noticed that it is too big for me (have never sold on AMZ yet). So I canceled the subscription in the user panel, waiting weeks for my refund. Now I was told, that it's not enough to cancel thorugh the user panel, but you have to write an email and EXPLICITLY ask for the refund. In my eyes not fair and smells like scam to me! so beware !

Not recommended.
ADTOMIC is bad, cant export data, can't adjust campaign budget. I created support case and support tells me to wait. It has been one month. We pay for a level of service that we are not receiving.

Works well for my needs
Works well for my needs - I use it daily in my FBA business. Wish it was a bit less cluttered with options - now I don't know all the tools available, what they offer etc. But overall my fav keyword tracking tool

Would not recommend
Glad that the feature set is pretty limited, doesn't have a lot of things you don't need. However, when things go wrong the support is no good. They don't respond to tickets, don't provide updates and don't fix things in a timely manner.
