Heluim10 has fallen so far, used to be great.
PPC costs do not show under Profits, and its been over a month of asking them to fix this and... NOTHING! Just being told to wait 24-48 hours day after day, week after week. Yet, oh when it comes time to bill me, they have all the numbers ready to invoice me, over $1000 a month I might add. This is not to even mention the myriad of issues with Adtomic, which I can't even contact them about because you can apparently only have one issue open at a time, BUT, they still haven't fixed this issue of PPC costs not showing up in Profits for over a month (just showing as $0.00), so no other cases can be submitted to them! A once excellent service, now reduced to utter trash.

What is the purpose to write on each topic that Helium10 sorry for the inconvenience caused bla bla and asking to send details of our cases to email sean.c—— and not responding to email? Totally unrespectful staff!!! Worst service and experience ever!

Absolutely fantastic company and tool
Absolutely fantastic company and tool, I’ve build my career and now agency upon it. Can’t complain, Bradley’s training videos are awesome too.

I canceled Nov 2022
I canceled Nov 2022, I just found out they are still charging my bank card. They have actual access to charge my card every month. I will dispute the charges. They're sneaky and they make it difficult to cancel

Scam! Will Steal Your Money
Scam!! Incorrect data and HORRIBLE customer service. Refused refund even though data was completely inaccurate. Don’t be tempted by the “gurus”…. this company is trash.

SCAM ALERT!!!! HELIUM 10 IS A SCAM!
SCAM ALERT! Helium 10 is a total SCAM. Do yourself and favor and do not get scammed by them. The product is absolute trash, no data will sync correctly, and their "support" team will tell you it takes 48 hours to fix, which they ignore you after the 48 hours. Unfortunately, the support team has no phone number, just foreign representatives who cannot help you resolve your issue successfully due to a language barrier. I spent $2,400 dollars for the annual Diamond subscription, I subscribed on January 4th, and my data is still synced incorrectly after a month. I requested a refund or a prorated refund for the entire month it has not been working, and still no support from Helium 10. This service has yet to work, and no one has been able to help. Helium 10 has access to the Amazon Seller Central API (which everyone has access to). They slap a decent-looking UI, but none of the tools work or are worth even 1% of the cost. I am a software engineer; take it from me; this software is trash.

Subscribed to the $99 per month plan…
Subscribed to the $99 per month plan with the anticipation the tool would live up to its cost. I then immediately encountered a problem with with the INDEXING Tool showing inconsistency and empty data. Upon contacting tech support I was greeted by a lady called Catherine Retita who asked me to describe my problem in detail including screenshots. After doing that she just left me hanging and disappeared. I pinged her many times on the chat and never returned to help. I would expect Helium 10 to at least provide some support especially for to their new subscribers. I am now wondering if I made the right choice.

I am a PPC manager for multiple brands…
I am a PPC manager for multiple brands and H10 gives several advantages that I think are not realistic or possible if you were to do them manually. For example, keyword researching, rank tracking is not possible to do manually on a daily basis when you have hundreds of SKUs and and competitors to keep track of. H10 tracks that data and I can see it as I need. Being able to see last 30 day sales data per listing as I browse Amazon is also an amazing tool for market research. It lets me gauge and target specific competitors and has been a tremendous help in every stage of a product life cycle. I am always comparing H10 data and Amazon data for big decisions, but it has been a tremendous help throughout my experience managing PPC campaigns.
