Made an order
Made an order, as soon as i registered got emails but not a confirmation of an order number. Want to cancel but dont know how without an order an order number. This feels like a scam, have reported to the police, insta and facebook

Please avoid at all costs
Please avoid at all costs. No contact for 9 days after order. Only sent tracking info and shipped after we requested a refund. Jewelry finally came from some mysterious local address. All super shady. The jewelry is garbage. Not worth a dollar. This is probably just a front designed to scam people. They are unresponsive until you start a Paypal case. I cannot overstate how gross these people are. Hopefully they will go away if nobody buys from them.

what you see on the website with the retired women with apron is a COMPLETE SCAM, I spent £160 for Christmas only recieved one packet behind my bucket tonight, opened and a load of rubbish from China! I am absolutely gutted, these items were bought for grandparents from my two profoundly disabled adults, I am absolutely disgusted, STEER CLEAR FROM THIS SITE

All of these rings are from AliExpress, comes in the same packaging, when you google search the images from their website, it will lead you to an AliExpress page with the same item but for less than £1

If I could rate it a zero I would! I ordered two pieces of jewellery. I was a little suspicious of ordering off a site on Facebook. ‘Helen’ seemed to be the epitome of the perfect handcrafted jewellery. I now believe Helen is simply AI produced! The company is apparently based in Utah, but the jewellery arrived from china! Packaged like Aliexpress, and as cheap looking, despite paying nearly NZ$100! My requested refund for unsatisfactory goods, as per their website, was met with a 50% discount on another purchase. Apparently the store is closing down, but I believe this is simply to encourage you to buy, or maybe that they will trade under another name. The jewellery is cheap! The prices are expensive. I believe it is a complete scam!! Do not purchase from them. Go to a local store.
