The pieces I ordered took a little while to arrive which was causing me some concern, but Helens Gems replied to my questions. If I had been informed about the wait time I would not have worried.
When the ring and bracelet arrived I was blown away. They were just amazing, and well worth the wait. Coupled with the tremendous reductions it was a truly great purchase. I shall probably have another look at the items available as it is so beautifully made.

Don't buy from this company.... it is FAKE. I would give this company 0 stars. They claim to be based in Cedar City Utah, when in fact they are based in China. the whole website is a web of lies.... a FAKE picture of a grandmother figure who has made jewellery for 26 years and is now closing down!!!! BUSTED!!!. Their actual company name is 尤溪恩麦瑞克贸易有限公司, translated as Yuxi Enmarek Trading Co. The domain name was only registered 6 months ago and has 6 months till it expires. My parcel arrived from Dongguan China. When I questioned them about being in China they disseminated with some guff abut using a different international parcel company.... as if!!! Don't get me wrong, I buy regularly direct from China and I have no objection to buying Chinese items, I object strongly to dissembling from the actual truth. FRAUD.... DON'T GO THERE.
*UPDATE*
The reply below is fake and shows a complete lack of respect for the client. They continue with the lie, saying there are copycat businesses around, which is misinformation.
I have just done a search on the Utah government business entity registration and no such company exists, and the name Helens Gems is available. So once again, the lie has been caught out.
They have a sister store called Mary's Gems, which sells identical jewellery. A check on the NY business entity reveals that no such corporation exists.
I ordered directly from helens-gems.com and my PayPal statement shows that the name on the account for helens-gems.com is 尤溪恩麦瑞克贸易有限公司. The registered telephone number on their PayPal account is country code 86, which is, of course, China.
The parcel with my order from helens-gems came from Dongguan, China.
*2ND UPDATE*
apparently Helens-gems claim I have reviewed the wrong company. They’re not very clever as on a Trust Pilot review page, a hyperlink to the website under review can be found at the top of the page, which… you guessed goes to the correct website I have reviewed! The lies continue……
*3RD UPDATE*
I have found many “sister” websites Kate’s Gems, Beth’s Gems, Ruth’s gems. I would estimate there are many many more duping consumers out of their hard earned money.
