Despite repeated requests I still have…
Despite repeated requests I still have not received my order. Is this site a scam ? I have now received the order despite the response from Helen’s Gems. Value for money extremely poor and quality of goods not what was expected. I would like a full refund and do not want to incur any further cost either in postage or insurance costs. I await a response from Helen’s Gems as I have contacted them separately.

Absolute cheap rubbish
Absolute cheap rubbish. Helen's Gems, also known as Mary's Gems (same products, slightly different elderly woman having to close her craft business because she can't compete with the nasty big multinational companies). Not a closing down sale, but a great way to sell poor quality products!! Now saying it's a copycat site, which is also untrue as they have confirmed delivery. Just don't want to take responsibility - no surprise there

no contact/DELIVERY OR TRACKING
no contact about deliveries no contact at all until I contacted PayPal and they stepped in to get them to answer me, otherwise I would be still in the dark about delivery I ordered on the 11.12.24 and I am still waiting. I have a tracking number which is useless, all I get its on its way or there is a problem...tell me about it....do not, repeat, do not deal with this company, these items were for Christmas Presents. I personally feel that they are a cheap Chinese company like most of the tat that is now overloading on the internet, just in different names.... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE INTO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU.

Very poor merchandise
The jewelry that I ordered was not the same color as advertised….my order took over 30 days to arrive… too late for Christmas!!! Do not order!!!!

Helen's Gems is this a scam?
Hi! I am writing once again because I have not received my order. I try to reach out once again and I did received a text asking me for my order number so they can help me? This morning at 3 am? Is this a joke I have been writing and calling since December 14 up until now December 28. They should have my name and order number because I have told them over and over again that it has not left their store. And to please cancel my order and credit my account. Is this a scam?
