SCAM, SHAM, NOT IN US! Good thing it's closing down because you should be shut down! Ordered what I thought were beautiful items and still do not have them! So disappointed and dismayed! Just wish I had trusted my gut! This AI s*&t is getting the best of us! Watch your back!

This company is a scam!! Do not order from them. They charged my credit card and did not provide a receipt and will not respond to emails or calls. Call your attorney general to report.

The gems on the necklace were actually made with plastics. The quality of the Jewelries is far from handmade artwork. I requested to return the products according to the 30 days guaranteed policy, but I couldn't get the address for the "atelier" in the US despite the several tries with e-mails, agreeing to pay the postage to the US. They offered the 30%discount code for more purchase (no way!) then 30% refund with keeping the products, which I don't want. It was the only way to settle with a partial (50%) refund. (I didn't waste any more time) Truly nothing but regret to purchasing from this website. It was a total waste of money, even 50%. They are cheap mass-produced, low-quality products. And an unpleasant odour came out when I opened the package. By the way, I think the two excellent reviews at the top of this page are written by someone from the shop. The names seemingly Japanese but not really right..
