UPDATE: 03/06/2025 After 3 months of back and forth and me returning all the product, I have received a full refund. I stand by my comments on the product. It is NOT what is depicted on the website. And, it is deceiving to do this. However, since they worked with me for a full refund, I am updating my rating, from 1 star to 3. This company is a complete scam. They DO send you product, but it is NOT as pictured. They are also relying on people thinking it is a jewelry place in Canada. It is not Helens Gems and Jewelry. They 'say' they are going out of business, but they are not. I ordered FOUR things and only received TWO. They are pieces are JUNK. They are not working with me for a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! This company should be charged for FRAUD. UPDATE, Feb 19. Yes, still trying to get my money back. I have filed an internet fraud complaint and am still communicating with PayPal to protect my purchase. I feel like they keep sending me emails to keep me on the hook. Offering %50 percent off, or %50 percent refund. Sorry, no, I don't want any more fraudulent jewelry at any price and NO, I don't want half my money back, I want my FULL refund. I am not keeping any of the product, I have returned it all, and I want my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - IT IS A SCAM I have found 2 websites with exactly the same content, just a different "sweet older lady" in the photo. (SEE "MARYS GEMS" ALSO) The "About Me" content is identical (apart from the photo and fake location) Both are now in "Closure sale" so the jewellery is hugely reduced - but - this could be one of hundreds of stores scamming Australians. I ordered some pieces from "Helens Gems" as the photos look lovely. I received some jewellery but it was VERY cheap, fake Aliexpress USD1.00 jewellery.

The orders are shipping from China, so unless Helen's "handcrafted" gems are mass produced, this is a scam. The jewelry is still beautiful, but don't fall for the little old lady is giving up her passion after 20+ years. I'm bummed, but what else should I expect from an ad I found on Instagram. Shame on me.

Really beautiful, original and quality jewellery. Regular updates on shipping which was very reassuring. Questions on correct sizing for rings were promptly answered. Great service. My daughter now also a huge fan ordering from Canada.

My order arrived with two missing items! I’ve emailed them and left multiple messages, but I haven’t received a response. The items I did receive look quite different from the pictures—while they’re acceptable, I wouldn’t have purchased them if I had seen them in a store. I do not recommend buying from this company!
