Grocery bagging in HEB is one of the worse horrible experience. I do not know to some but I have been going to this grocery store a million times as it is a one stop shop for most of our household needs, BUT bagging of food is the most poor practice I have seen. The people who puts those groceries in paper bags or plastic bags do NOT care at all whether your bread is swoosh, California rolls are turned upside down (ugly looking already after you get home, sauce is a mess), They like to damp all the heavy stuff like milk, juice and other fluid stuff into one bag and it is about to break. They want to save on their bags but their customers are suffering. I'm sure I am not the only one who has experienced this. The managers probably will get all the staff attention to this but this will take years and decades as they hire more new ones, they are the sloppy or careless ones. its the BAGGING and PACKING that's terrible, otherwise, I am getting my needs there. Hope this gets to the main management for training those people to bag properly and make customers satisfied. Not going home finding my bread swoosh, some fruits scattered from a container, some sauce spilled, oh one time the dish soap opened up and spilled all over some stuff (horrible) !!!! SO please pay attention to what your customers are writing here, not to put you down but to improve your service !!!

I purchased 2 zucchini's and the cost was over two dollar. I thought that they would be a good sized zucchini. I was so wrong. they were small! I get that inflation is bad but why so much for something that probably was barely a pound. I say rip off. I will not use delivery service from HEB again.

Curbside pickup in Katy constantly refuses to substitute items. I will go into the store, even thpugh I have a hurt foot, and always find the items they say they don't have. It's ridiculous, lazy and annoying and if you complain, nobody cares.

I went to HEB at dunlavy, Houston today. I got one Claritin box of 5 tables but was charged twice. I came back to ask for refund and of course it was refunded but the one who made that mistake did not even said sorry assuming that is a normal service?

H‑E‑B in Seguin,Tx has a horrible delivery service and manager that does not take care of the customer. I order groceries and H‑E‑B runs a debit to your account first.. Then I get a text message that says Sean from favor has delivered my groceries. There are no groceries delivered and when I call them they say I need to just reschedule. This is the second time this has happened and the manager doesnt do anything about it. This Company needs to stop delivering if they can’t follow thru or get a decent delivery service and a manager to hire reputable people!! The manager blamed it on the weather but I live in Seguin and we did not have tornadoes just some rain for a very short period. I hope HE Butt Jr gets to read the reviews. I will make sure the main office of H‑E‑B gets all this information.. This is bad reputation for HEB as a whole and I’m sure the top management of this Company will want to know what crappy service they are putting out!! Shame on you H‑E‑B!!!!!!!!!!

Was it my mask??? My Black Lives Matter Mask??? At home not feeling well this morning!!! Went to HEB grocery store here in San Antonio TX to pick up a few items to pamper myself today!!! The cashier and the bagger were both very rude this morning. I reported the incident details to corporate who apologized and assured me that a local manager in this particular store would reach out to me. I also reported the incident to a manager before I left the store who apologized and promised to speak to the employees. I made sure to be as pleasant as possible in spite of their behavior. I shop often at this location because it's located 4 minutes from my home. Wow!!! I said really??? God is good...time to pamper myself!!! To God be the Glory!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤❤❤ Bevelyn Beachem

Ordered Home Delivery from the H-E-B on Kempwood Drive and they gave me melted ice cream. This has happened before and I have contacted the customer service department and they sometimes will never respond to you

I received broken eggs and no bread at all. This home delivery from HEB is a nightmare that keeps on and on. I had to call 3 times and I finally received a message that eggs and bread were delivered. I don't know how long they sat outside. The Bananas were spoiled.
