H-E-BReviews of heb.com

During my recent visit to the HEB grocery store at 24224 Northwest Fwy in Cypress, TX, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Janecia, who truly stood out with her exceptional customer service. Her patience and kindness made a significant difference as my family and I went through the checkout process. Despite the hustle and bustle around us, Janecia maintained a warm smile throughout, which created a positive atmosphere that brightened our day. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring customers feel valued and welcomed, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Janecia, for making our shopping experience a delightful one!

I called because they charged me close to $1.00 more than the package said. I called to get a refund and I was informed that when you do curbside pick up you are charged 5% more on every item than you would pay if you came inside the store. I've NEVER seen anything warning you the price will be more if you order for curbside. This is deceiving to your on line shoppers. I said well I will stop tipping so well! It deceiving!!

I purchased one package of beef skit from heb , $10.89 per lbs. the top looks good but when opened the package i found lots of Silver lining & fat. This is what i call it a fraud for costumers. It should be trimmed back and front the same.

Can't even put her name cuz her name tag was flip but this color woman a few months ago as I was paying same bill I went in to pay as I did for over a year "she " she couldn't deal with a certain women she thinks she has some disability like Down syndrome or autism she said but she can't deal with her . Made me feel horrible just to hear her talk down on customers from the back line , I also seen her give customers attitude but today 5/17 am she made me go out my way cuz she type numbers I had that all she needed to process my payment wrong or read them wrong , go to get the same information I had to pay to get to give her agian . Just to process my payment wrong but her attitude the first time words like I don't know what to tell you ! Rolling her eyes and swaying her head back and forth and hands like it was some drama show she was showing off to, was so upset that i didn't even get the stuff I went in to but instead ended up up shopping at Walmart . I never buy food from Walmart but today I did just cuz of her horrible attitude.

Mother’s Day 2025. H-E-B Frazier Road Conroe Texas. It was chaotic. With bundles of a couple flowers for $7.50. Which got to be expensive to make a bouquet. The choices were unusual people were struggling. They were seriously price gouging. If they had put together bundles for $15 it would have made shopping so much easier. That’s what Kroger did. I should’ve gone to Kroger.

H.E.B. Customer elizabeth I live in Bastrop Texas and Shop at our one and only real grocery store in town. Bastrop has, been a boomtown for the last forty years It has long outgrown our store here. The parking lot is extremely inconvenient and overflowing I tell you as a senior citizen The hike from starbucks to the front door is no fun. The store's been under construction for a long time now and Is a Constant disarray and confusion. Due to the curbside service, That came into effect during the pandemic, Has now just regarded the install customers. The large carts filling the orders Of several customers at a time. Make the experience even more Is Inconvenient stressful, And time consuming. Unfortunately i've been Forced to shop at walmart Across highway 71 Because I have not been able to even get into the parking much less find a place to park. I'm not complaining.I'm actually begging that you open another store nearby our area, It may very well be profitable and worth your while, To consider opening a new store along highway 95 between Bastrop and Elgin/ Manor TX , They have installed a new travel center.A few years back now. Buckies, And have made that part of town overflowing with traffic and out of towners. The news store should not have the big cart curb service at that location. This is for your loyal customers who have shopped with you for years, Yeah continue to have everything that h e b has from the pharmacy to the wonderful bakery to the seafood section and produce and all of the little samples and courtesy that are along the throughout the store. And make shopping a more happy and pleasant experience.I'm sure i'm not alone when I say this as a customer. I hope you'll know. This is a great idea and jump on this project as soon as possible.Because If any a little boom town needed a second H.E b it is Bastrop Texas. Thank you , With the highest hopes that you will Consider. My suggestion And have a nice day.
