They could’ve been better honestly, my mom had recently ordered a delivery from H-E-B since I was home alone and my mom was at work. I offered to go get the food when it’s delivered so when I went to pick up the first bag, I had noticed that there was an item that my mom picked, the can was busted open and the contents were out of it. I was confused because nobody even said anything when I went to go pick it up outside when they delivered it and they didn’t even think about getting a new one or saying anything about to my mom.

I hour wait for an 8 inch pizza
After 20 minutes I was told a 1 hour wait for 8 inch pizza. Just to be clear no one else was waiting all online orders, they don't like live walkins.

Coming from Florida
Coming from Florida, it took me a year to really appreciate HEB. Their are so many options and benefits from shopping HEB. Now from Palm Beach County, my standards are a little high. Today, I enjoyed the Simple Made Cobb Chicken Salad. Now, it's not your traditional Cobb Salad....it doesn't have corn: However, it's the best tasting and nutritional pre=prepared saled I have ever had in my 65 years!
Thank you for Exceeding MY Expectations!!! Lee Jones

Maybe don’t call me a liar
Well? After several months of successful experiences with curbside at this location, the thrill is gone. Over the course of the last 4-5 weeks, they’re slipping. Today, 6/17/25, ordered $197 in groceries. Kid brings them out, it’s a lot, put in the backseat of my truck, say good luck in this heat, and head home.
One item missing? Ok, as long as it’s a small inexpensive one. Items of a large size, 40oz frozen green beans replaced with 4 - 16 oz bags at the same price? Cmon man, that’s a $1.33 I still ain’t heard about. But $33.16 not in my order? That’s not cool.
Called in to report it. Woman answered extremely angry obviously having a bad day. And blamed it on a bad connection. Puts me on hold for 6 minutes. Dude answered and asked what I’m missing. “Where you want me to start? Canned goods? Fresh food?” Fresh food it is. List them out, dude comes back and says kid remembers putting them in my truck. “And what about the silicon tongs? The chipotle peppers?” Oh yeah, he put them in your truck. “So you are calling me a liar? He might have put them in “A” truck, but it wasn’t my truck. Of the fresh food missing, that “WAS” going to be for dinner. And we make our own dog food, which sweet potatoes is a major ingredient.” I’m not calling you a liar. Well? If you say the kid put it in my truck, and I say it ain’t there, you ARE calling me a liar.
Wife called on her way home and said she’d stop and pick up the missing items.
So, what did we learn today? Hopefully it’s a lesson not soon forgotten. Alas, I doubt it.
Step mf one. NEVER call the customer a liar. Why would I lie about $33.16 out of ~$200? Of produce? Not meat, or big ticket items of which I had.
Step mf two. I’m sure yall have a bad day, but answer the phone in a way that WELCOMES the customer. After the initial intro, I clearly stated, “I’m sure you’re frustrated, and so am I, so take it down a notch.”
Step mf 3. Do better with QC/FA. This is not a me problem. And hey, on the lighter side? Yall don’t have to worry about me anymore. Pretty sure I won’t be back to this location. Even in person for in store purchases. You obviously don’t need my business.
Oh, and if you still think I’m lying, check yelp for the same review and a photo of the receipt when my wife went in to snag the items not in our order, the same day. Along with sushi for dinner because your curbside team is suffering major issues as of late.

I usually enjoy shopping at H-E-B…
I usually enjoy shopping at H-E-B because of their selection and prices, but the bagging experience at checkout has consistently been frustrating. It feels like the cashiers (or baggers, when they’re even there) just toss items into the bags without any thought. Fragile items end up under heavy cans, cold and dry items get mixed together, and I’ve even had plums mixed with strong oder dishwasher soap. It’s like they’re in a rush to get through the line and don’t care about how my groceries arrive at home. I’ve tried to nicely request better bagging, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I understand it gets busy, but a little care would go a long way. If you’re doing a big grocery run, be prepared to re-bag everything yourself at your car or at home. It’s disappointing from a store that otherwise does a lot of things right.

They're taking too long just to exchange a gas tank. When I went to ask about it they told me to keep waiting outside.

Wrong price again!
The store at 183 and 1431 in Cedar Park has to be the poorest managed store in the history of HEB. When a product is displayed with a certain price, that's the price a customer should pay. However, that doesn't seem to be the case with this store. It happens over and over and over!! How disrespectful to the customers!! And, nobody cares! I suggest everyone check their receipts before leaving the store. I also suggest shopping at a different store. This one will take advantage at every opportunity!! I do not recommend. Bye HEB..........
