H-E-BReviews of heb.com

HEB Wimberly continues to be unreliable and poorly stocked. I’ve been several times looking for Promised Land whole milk over the last few weeks. The display is always empty. Today I went looking for Lone Star Beer. None, except six packs of 16oz cans. Really, no Lone Star Beer. Come on now. You’re not even trying.

HEB Mansfield-I checked out through the 25 item or less line. Upon getting my groceries , my 2 rotisserie chickens were not in sight. When I got home I realized that the chickens were not there. Same thing happened 8 weeks ago with fresh shrimp. I went back within 30 minutes to get my chickens, and the bagger, Alsi had already put them back, she says. Both times, it was high priced items. I let the manager know and he felt the same way, she put the chickens put of sight so I would leave them. Dishonest losers are everywhere, and This girl is one of them.

The cashier assured me that all of my items were bagged. When I unloaded the groceries, I realized that the eggs were NOT bagged. That is $4.99 plus TAX-plus plus 10 miles there and 10 miles back home. We are talking about the money I am owed, not to mention my time, by the way, is more precious than gold! If the cashiers weren't in such a hurry to hand a receipt and start ringing up the next person before you can get your wallet back in your pocket, then less of this would happen. Are they taught to work like speed robots? Are they paid on commission? Now I pay double and triple all because someone was in such a hurry that they made a CARELESS mistake. The bottom line is that they could CARE LESS. In addition, I also used my time to call the store, and no one answered. Another great use of that modern technology! More of my time used to write this review so I can get an empty apology and some smoke about how much they value their customers. I call bullshit! "Love, Kate"

The last 3 times I've shopped at HEB my digital coupons did not come off. The cashiers are in such a hurry that you can't get your number in before they hit the total button. then when it does link to your account it says Unable to Verify account. Today was my last day shopping at any HEB ever. I'm done. The cashier even scanned my barcode off my phone then said Oh I'll just type it in. Total BS that this is going on. Never again. The thieves can keep their crap.

I PURCHASED A CHERRY PIE AT THE HEB ON LEOPARD AND VIOLET 78410 ZIP CODE. HEB HAS THE WORST BAKED GOODS. THE PIE CRUST TASTED BURNED AND THE TEXTURE WAS DISCUSTING. IF YOU WANT GOOD BAKED GOODS STICK WITH WAL MART.

i had a good time like i always do at H-E-B they always greet when you first come in and are respectful at the cash out registers never had a problem with a worker at HEB

I shop regularly at the Mueller HEB store in Austin, TX, and have never been disappointed by their selections or stock. When I can, I go into the store. If I am too busy to spend time in the store, I pre-order and they bring my order out & put it into the trunk of my car. They were even stellar during the years of COVID!

I recently shopped the HEB store in El Campo, Tx. I couldn’t believe the shelf outages. It looked as if the shortages of certain categories would be as high as 20%. I was not able to buy items that I buy on a regular basis. This was not the 1st Sunday that these conditions were obvious. Also, how can this store preach “A customer Friendly” atmosphere, when most employees won’t greet you or say “ Thank You”. They’ll almost run over you with their large carts and don’t expect them to move over so you can pass. -Very Disappointing!!!!
