Ordered some sweet potatoes Saturday and other groceries and and went To use them and this is what I got. Rotten sweet potatoes . Yuck all of them I am very disappointed with recent purchases. Either some stuff expired or they are out of stock or they send rotten vegetables or fruit.

The people are extremely rude the service is terrible. They've kind of got a monopoly on grocery stores in Texas so you're stuck going there. But if I had another place to go trust me I would go there these people are jerks. The owner of this place voted for Kamala Harris too so what does that tell you

EBT cards are being stolen from these stores. That means they allowed, or weren’t paying attention when someone attached a device to their card swipe machines. This means hundreds of families don’t feed their children and with the federal government no longer replacing them, you are putting an already at risk population at greater risk. You should be shut down and ashamed!!!

Every time I’ve shopped at H-E-B, I’ve been pleased. They have the best meat, including prime grade, and the freshest fruits and vegetables. I love the variety and the fact that they have many product lines that are made here in Texas.

HEB sells 5 gallon bottles of water. They charge a deposit for the 5 gallon bottle. I was told by an employee prior to purchasing the 5 gallon water bottles that the bottle deposits are refundable. A few months later, I brought the excess empty bottles in for a refund since I do not need as many as I had and I was told that HEB is only selling the 5 gallon bottles of water as a courtesy and if I want the bottle deposit refund that I had to contact the company that sells the water. I called Ozarka and they do not charge a bottle deposit and I would need to contact the store where I made the purchase for a refund. All of the HEB stores in my area refuse to give me the bottle deposit refund. None of the HEB stores have any signage stating the the deposits are not refundable. This is fraud. Who is pocketing the money if Ozarka does not charge a bottle deposit? I want my bottle deposit refund money back.
