H‑E‑B is a terrible grocery store. I’ve lived in 4 other states and have experienced Meijer, Publix and Fry’s. All 3 are better than H‑E‑B could hope for. They sell outdated food. Three times I have received tuna and chicken that already expired. The tuna is always a day away from spoiled. They do nothing not one thing for seniors. That is a crap company in my opinion. The selection is not good. I eat American food. They don’t sell a lot of it. Hello, H‑E‑B your in America!! It gets the worst grocery store award from me.

I brought the cafe valley bakery chocolate cheesecake brownie bites. You can’t even taste the cheese cake and it taste like it doesn’t belong in heb it is not a delicious dessert. Heb brownie bites are the best. Get rid of these yuck please I was like who convinced heb to buy these nasty things.

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered the next day after I completed everything I realized I wasn’t able to add a card, I tried to call and add a note transferred 3 times and all they could say was they couldn’t do anything until the next day so I tried to cancel the order I couldn’t even do that! I work retail and know exceptions can be made( add a note to the am delivery’s is not hard) I’ve had other problems in the store but never said anything On top of that a 7.00 tip fee on top of delivery fee was added I’ve had problems before and hadn’t been in but since they were right across the street I thought how can they screw up!!! Hopefully she likes the flowers and I can let her know they are from me but I’ll never shop there again

not receiving items I paid for. I hate HEB it is such a rip off. I paid over 200 dollars for groceries and I did not receive everything I paid for. This happens so many times at HEB. WTH is going on?????????????????????????

HATE HEB, but when towns allow them to have the monopoly it leaves the rest of us with no choice for grocery shopping and having to fork over the $ to be able to eat and feed our families. They started jacking up prices during covid and they're still doing it, while all the while reducing choices. Meanwhile they keep building new stores....they're not reducing profits. Their own brands are either overloaded with so much salt it can't be eaten, or overloaded with sugar it's just not edible. The fresh produce isn't fresh....blueberries are mushy, strawberries no flavor, lettuce is browning already while in the bag, Avocados too mushy, potatoes rotten and soft, and anything else goes bad in a few days. They'll stock a certain brand of shampoo but they never have the conditioner to go with it...how does that make sense. They also over charge you...I just bought 5 breakaway cat collars...all identical brand yet when I checked my receipt they charged me as if they were 2 different brands. 3 @$5.48 and 2 @$4.65....they were all the $4.65 Pet Attire collars, NOT the Coastal Sassy collars, so someone isn't doing their job correctly with adding barcode stickers.
