I had a wonderful experience with hear.com the doctor was very accomadating and helpful gettting the hearing aids adjusted to my hearing.

It is so amazing to hear so well again. For those who have given up on hearing what others are saying, or having a conversation on the phone or hearing the TV clearly...there is an answer. I’ve been fitted with Siemens hearing aids. They aren’t cheap. You get what you pay for. So it is well worth the investment.

Hear.com put me with a very good person to test my hearing and determine what I needed. He was very professional; the hearing aid works fine and all is good. I believe I got a good quality hearing aid. It has very good reviews on line.

Obviously none of these reviewers wanted to return & get a refund. Been trying for 5 weeks to get a my money back with no success. Only want to help until you want to test the refund policy 😡😡😡😡 This is an updated review of hear.com After posting this negative review I was contacted & my $4650 was returned. The reply to my review indicates the partner firm was to blame fo not sending the needed paperwork. I have been in close contact with that company& they had verification of sending in all needed forms the day the hearing aids were returned. I am thankful I discovered this format to write a review as I got no help, Just promises until I posted my above review. My advice: find a reputable local hearing company that has been recommended by locals for the best service.
