I placed an order on 30 March for dog treats and immediately received an order confirmation email. Since then I have not heard from them. My order is still pending on the website. I tried to reach out to them by email asking for an update but they never reply. Judging from other shoppers' review, I wouldn't even bother wasting my time calling them.

I have placed 4 orders at this site, and received only 1. They have charged me for one order I never received. I have reached out to them several times by email, their own contact method on their site, and have received no responses. I have called several times, waited on hold for up to an hour, with no way to leave a voice message, and then repeatedly I am disconnected. I know times are difficult these days but their customer service is unacceptable. I can not understand why they have not replied to my repeated emails. I do not recommend this site, they are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Been trying to get in contact with this company for 3 days now via e mail, phone message and tried to chat and no response. I placed an order March 29th 2020, they charged my credit card right away and I haven't been able to get in contact with them since trying to get information ref status on the order. Whoever this company is should be ashamed of themselves. I am blocking payment and hope no one else falls for this company.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order 3/13/20 to be delivered by 3/16. Never received the items. No confirmation either but they charged my card right away. Live Chat is not available and no one ever answered the 800 number. If you're short staffed and having trouble filling orders, then you shouldn't be promising shipping dates and charging cards for items you have no intention of shipping. If it were a day or two with some kind of contact, that would be one thing - it's been 3 weeks. And still no refund or notification of where my products are. The very same products YOU'RE STILL LISTING ON YOUR SITE FOR SALE! Shame on you.

I placed an order on March 8th, then they raised the price of the product a few days after that and I did not hear about the shipping confirmation, so I tried to get back to them. I waited for 6 days before they answered my email and said that the product is currently unavailable and it will take two more weeks for them to ship it, but actually the product was still for sale on their store. So I waited until today, March 31st, and now they just emailed me that my order is canceled. I would not suggest anyone purchase anything from their store, I am sure that the only reason they kept me waiting for a month and then canceled my order was because of the price change, they could not even stay loyal to the price they sold the item for. This is bad business and they are never going to be able to gain the customer's trust. I have tried to reach out to them through their phone number and their email, and if they were honest, they would at least drop a line or two and would apologize, instead of keeping my money for a month. If you want to get back to me and say some apology, keep it for yourself. Shopping from your store was the most horrible experience I have ever had.

I placed order in January. One item was not available. I was still charged for it. Another item, I returned, and they received it 5 weeks ago. No credit. They don’t respond to emails, phone calls are on hold 45 minutes, then disconnect. Chat isn’t available. I am disputing with my credit card.

These people are PATHETIC. Like everyone else on here, I ordered and received an email telling me my order would ship. A week later the online status said “pending.” No reply to an email, live chat doesn’t work. Called and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Guy finally answers and tells me it’s on back order. No idea of when it would be in. I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. I asked when I would see the refund. He told me by Monday the 16th. It’s now the 20th, no refund. I’m 15 minutes into a “hold” on the phone now. Call just got answered, same “ I’ll process your refund, 7-10 business days.” Think it’s time to have the state attorney general shut these crooks down.

If my dog or I contracted syphilis, and they were the only ones who had the cure, I still wouldn't buy from them.
