I really normally don't leave reviews, but this is about my fur baby. After 3 months of trying this nothing has improved for her. So I will stop using it when the 4th bottle is empty.

I ordered 4 (of the same) cat toys. 1 was delivered and I received an email stating I'll receive the other 3 when they're back in stock. The email states it typically takes 1-2 weeks to restock items. It's been 3 weeks so I sent an inquiry a couple days ago asking when I can expect to receive the other 3 toys but haven't received a response. I will never order from this company again. Update: Approximately 4 hours after posting this review I received an email from healthypets.com that my remaining 3 items have been shipped.

There is no customer service with this company. Beware.

I've ordered a hard to find OTC joint supplement for several years from healthypets.com. Their price was typically best available and I never had a problem. This time, however, an issue with expiration date has been unresolved after 4 months of phone calls and emails. Last contact was with supervisor Shawn, who said money would be refunded to my credit card within a week. That was a month ago. I am disgusted.

If I could rate 0, I would. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my dogs collagen. I've contacted them several times with 0 replies. This will be the first and last time I order from this company, if I ever even get my order. Ignore the wonderful advertising, it's all bullshit💩😡

Still waiting for a delivery and it’s been over three weeks. Tried to contact Customer Service three different times with no answer. I Do not recommend.

Rating…minus 0 Cannot get subscriptions cancelled. No one to talk with. No response to emails. They try to keep sending products and charging for them.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve had this policy (foolishly) for 8 years and they have not paid a single claim. Most recently slipped in a limited time frame for submitting claims, reduced coverage amounts and rates continue to skyrocket. I’m paying nearly $400 per month for two dogs. Just put money away for when your pets get older. It’s better coverage than this garbage company. Their policies, coverages and cost should be illegal.
